$22 million to Heal more Children with Cancer, Better

Emotions were running high on May 18, when the Charles‑Bruneau Foundation made an exceptional commitment of $22 million, the largest donation in the history of the CHU Sainte-Justine.

Focused on immuno-hemato-oncology research, this extraordinary partnership was celebrated with the official inauguration of the Charles-Bruneau Immuno-Hemato-Oncology Research Unit. Mr. Pierre Bruneau, board member and spokesperson for the Charles-Bruneau Foundation, gave a very moving speech.

One step away from the dream

A commitment of this magnitude serves to further affirm the dedication of the Charles‑Bruneau Foundation to the fight against pediatric cancer and will enable the CHU Sainte-Justine to maintain its high standards of research excellence, allowing the children of Quebec to benefit from scientific and medical advances as quickly as possible.

Proud to partner with such an extraordinary organization, the CHU Sainte-Justine is very grateful to the Charles-Bruneau Foundation, which is one now step closer to achieving its dream of healing more children affected by cancer in Quebec, and healing them better!
