Within the major and planned giving team, you will play a strategic and cross-functional role to propel the organization to new heights. Reporting to the Vice President, you will actively contribute to the Major and Planned Giving team’s activities by providing high-quality administrative support and operational and relational assistance. Through your role, you will have a tangible impact on the ongoing Grow Beyond major campaign and will strongly support the team in pursuing our greatest ambitions.
Your coordination abilities, organizational skills, initiative, impeccable ethics, natural ease with interpersonal relationships, and writing and editing skills will be utilized on a daily basis in this position.

In a human and professional setting, you will bring to bear your technical expertise and analytical skills in compensation, benefits management, working conditions, payroll, training, and staffing. Your focus will be on the administrative aspects of human resources programs, contributing to their improvement and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be tasked with deciphering, analyzing, or mitigating the impacts stemming from the interconnectedness of these programs.
