Director, communications

This selected candidate will be responsible of reinforcing and consolidate a strong, consistent and unique brand within external and internal corporate communications, marketing communications and employee communications. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy and Community Engagement, you will oversee a team dedicated to the creation and promotion of impactful, informative and engaging content. You will be at the heart of internal and external communications initiatives, working with the Foundation's internal teams and external collaborators.

Advisor, Major Gifts

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating various prospecting, awareness, solicitation and loyalty-building approaches, primarily with individuals and foundations, in order to develop and maintain close relationships with donors and volunteers and to increase their philanthropic commitment to the Sainte-Justine UHC. Reporting to the Associate Director, Major Gifts and Planned Giving, you will work closely with your team as well as with all the Foundation's internal teams.

This selected candidate will be responsible for planning, establishing and coordinating strategies to develop long-term relationships with potential major donors in accordance with the Foundation's goals and priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Major Gifts and Planned Giving, you will play a key role in the next major campaign and work closely with the entire major gifts and planned giving team.

Vice-President, Operations

The selected candidate will play a leadership role in promoting and enhancing the Foundation’s organizational culture and values. You will be accountable for upholding the mission, financial strategy and fundraising priorities of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation and for driving overall efficiency and growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will work closely with all of the in-house teams at the Foundation, managers at CHU Sainte-Justine, the Foundation’s Board of Directors and external stakeholders to implement the strategic plan.

Financial Analyst

The selected candidate will have primary responsibility for the full accounting cycle. In this role, you will oversee the production of financial statements and analyses for the Foundation’s financial leadership. You will be expected to comply with the standards and regulations applicable to the financial administration of a non-profit organization and to be thorough, disciplined and self-directed in doing so. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee operations related to the management of the Foundation’s financial resources, working alongside other members of your team.

The selected candidate will contribute proactively to the Foundation’s activities by providing top-quality administrative support from both an operational and a relational standpoint. Your coordination and organizational abilities, your keen sense of initiative, your solid work ethic, your innate interpersonal strengths, and your excellent writing and editing skills will all be utilized daily in the performance of your duties. Reporting to our people-centric and collaborative-minded Chief Executive Officer, you will have the unique privilege of helping to forge close-knit ties with high-level volunteers, hospital management and administrative support staff, the Foundation’s in-house teams and other stakeholders.
